This saw has more than enough power. It cuts through wood and metal like butter. I didn't think the rotating handle would be that big of a deal, but it's great and comes in real handy. I really like the detachable cord, sometimes cords get damaged and this will make for an easy fix should that ever happen. More power tools should have that option.
ROTATING HANDLE SAWZALL
This resipicating saw is a havy duty tool and it has performed as expected. Matched with the proper blade, it will cut metal, wood, and almost anything else efficiently. The rotating handle is very convient for working in odd spaces. I have been looking for a good deal for this tool for a long time and am pleased with the purchase.
Milwaukee 6523-21 sawzall
I am a residential contractor and the quality of my work depends on my skills and quality tools. I have owned many tools so I would not hesitate to recommend 6523-21 sawzall for purchase. Overall I think Milwaukee quality is very good but not all of their tools would I use on a daily basis. This sawzall is a great machine (which I would use daily) and I would be surprised if someone purchased it and wasn't happy. It is not the lightest sawzall out there but the cutting and stability it is superb. This is a tool you will be able to depend on to get the job done. Check prices but I buy a number of my tools through Amazon because there prices are usually the best out there.

when this came in, we found that it was actually better than we had thought. the fact that the handle rotates is ia great idea, someone should have thought of it years ago. highly recommend this product and it came in in excellant time
